CIVITAVECCHIA, ROME - ITALY
Civitavecchia is a coastal town northwest of Rome, in Italy.
Built-in the 2nd century, the Port of Civitavecchia still retains some of its original features, like the Roman Dock.
The port area also includes the 16th-century Michelangelo Fort.
Nearby, the National Archaeological Museum displays bronze and ceramic artefacts.
Northeast of town is the Terme Taurine, the ruins of a Roman thermal bath complex.

Mykonos is an island in the Cyclades group in the Aegean Sea. It’s popularly known for its summer party atmosphere.

Iconic landmarks include a row of 16th-century windmills, which sit on a hill above Mykonos town.
Izmir - TURKEY
Izmir is a city on Turkey’s Aegean coast. Known as Smyrna in antiquity, it was founded by the Greeks, taken over by the Romans and rebuilt by Alexander the Great before becoming part of the Ottoman Empire in the 15th century.
Today, its expansive archaeological sites include the Roman Agora of Smyrna, now an open-air museum. The hilltop Kadifekale, or Velvet Castle, built during Alexander’s reign, overlooks the city.
SANTORINI - GREECE
Santorini is one of the Cyclades islands in the Aegean Sea.
It was devastated by a volcanic eruption in the 16th century BC, forever shaping its rugged landscape.
The whitewashed, cubiform houses of its 2 principal towns, Fira and Oia, cling to cliffs above an underwater caldera (crater).
They overlook the sea, small islands to the west and beaches made up of black, red and white lava pebbles.
NAPLES, POMPEII - ITALY
Southern Italy’s largest city, Naples is famous for its intoxicating mix of Old World charm and modern grit.
This is one of the oldest cities in Europe, with enough art, architecture, and archaeology to hold its own against other metropolitan cities.
But it’s the wood-fired pizza that brings the crowds.
Naples’ historic center offers plenty of attractions between pizzeria stops:
Don’t miss the Chiesa di San Gregorio Armeno, a 16th-century Baroque masterpiece, and the Duomo, a Roman Catholic cathedral that broke ground in the 13th century.

insurance
It is a MSC condition of boarding the cruise that everybody has arranged for adequate medical and accident insurance together with cover for repatriation in the event of a medical emergency, COVID and specific cover for cruise holidays.
Travel Insurance including reimbursement of cancellation penalties (if caused by medical reasons affecting the insured, travelling companions or immediate family) , full medical, repatriation, COVID related issues, baggage, money, operator failure and cruise deviation.
Provided by InterMundial Travel insurance available for €49 per person.

- Second payment – 30% of outstanding on 20th April, 2024.
