The Alhambra, viewed from the outside is a walled compound fortified by strong towers built on the edges of steep precipices that make it difficult to access.
However, the palaces that lay behind these naked walls – and many of the interior rooms of the towers – are fragile works of delicate architecture and subtle decoration.
The contrast is so intense that it produces an unsurpassable aesthetic emotion.
You can visit the Alcazaba, Nasrid Palaces, Partal and Generalife.
The Nasrid Palace we have to enter at a set time (TBC).
You are free to wander in and out of the complex and enter the other 3 sections as and when you please.
For example, you can visit the Alcazaba area in the morning, go out to have lunch, and then come back to continue your visit…
I believe the town centre is about a 20-minute walk away but I am sure there is also a bus running between town and the Alhambra Palace for those who do not wish to walk…

Refunds
Refunds are only available 7 days before the trip providing the minimum number of required people are on the trip.
If the trip consists of purchased entrance tickets and they have already been purchased you will not be refunded for your event entrance ticket.
Tickets will be resold if possible.
