Membership Overview

The Annual Membership (“Membership”) grants members access to the benefits provided by the Axarquia Social Club for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of membership activation.

By purchasing an Annual Membership, you (“the Member”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any other policies or rules applicable to the Membership.

Membership Fees and Payment

The Annual Membership fee is payable in full at the time of registration. All fees are non-refundable, except as otherwise outlined in these Terms and Conditions.

Payments can be made via a bank debit card or credit card.

In the event of payment failure, your membership will not be activated or may be suspended until payment is received.

Membership Duration and Automatic Renewal

The Membership is valid for twelve (12) months from the date of activation.

Automatic Renewal: Membership will automatically renew at the end of each twelve (12) month period unless the Member cancels the membership before the renewal date. The renewal date is the anniversary of the initial registration.

The Member will receive an email reminder notification 3 days before the renewal date, detailing the upcoming charge and instructions on how to cancel the membership if they do not wish to renew.

The Membership fee for the upcoming year will be charged automatically to the Member’s stored payment method on the renewal date. If payment fails, the Membership will be suspended until the payment is successfully processed.

Member Benefits

As a Member, you are entitled to the following benefits during the membership period: – Reduced price tickets for day trips and exclusive members-only overnight stays, mini breaks and cruises.

Member benefits are non-transferable and can only be used by the registered Member unless otherwise specified.

Axarquia Social Club reserves the right to add, modify, or remove benefits at any time, with or without notice, provided that any changes will not materially reduce the value of the membership.

Cancellation of Membership

Cancellation by the Member
– Members may cancel their Annual Membership at any time before the renewal date by contacting Customer Service or using the online cancellation process available in their account settings.
– If the Member does not cancel prior to the renewal date, the Membership will automatically renew, and the Member’s payment method will be charged for the following twelve (12) months.
– Once renewed, the Membership is non-refundable, and no partial refunds will be provided for early cancellation.

How to Cancel
– To cancel the Membership, the Member must contact Customer Service or follow the instructions in the Membership portal. Cancellation requests must be received before the renewal date to avoid automatic renewal.
– Upon cancellation, the Membership will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and the Member will continue to have access to the benefits until that time.

Cancellation or Suspension by Axarquia Social Club

Axarquia Social Club reserves the right to cancel or suspend a Membership if the Member is found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions, engaging in fraudulent activity, misuse of membership benefits, or any illegal conduct.

In the event of such cancellation or suspension, the Membership fee will not be refunded, and access to all benefits will be revoked immediately.

Member Responsibilities

The Member is responsible for maintaining accurate personal and contact information on their membership account.

Members are responsible for safeguarding any membership identification, login credentials, or other access methods provided by Axarquia Social Club.

Membership benefits must be used in compliance with all applicable laws and these Terms and Conditions.

Privacy and Data Protection

By becoming a Member, you agree that Axarquia Social Club may collect, store, and process your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

We will use your personal data to manage your membership, communicate with you, and provide the agreed benefits.

Limitation of Liability

Axarquia Social Club will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use membership benefits, except as required by law.

The total liability of Axarquia Social Club for any claims relating to the Annual Membership is limited to the amount paid by the Member for the membership fee.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Axarquia Social Club reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Axarquia Social Club website, and Members will be notified via email.

Continued use of the Membership following any such changes will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through amicable negotiations.

By booking and participating in our day trip, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Refunds are only available if cancellation is made at least 7 days before the scheduled day trip. If you cancel within 7 days of the trip, a refund may be applicable if your place can be resold. All refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be processed within 14 business days. No refunds will be granted after this 7-day window unless a successful resale of your spot occurs.

The day trip will proceed only if the required minimum number of participants is met. Should this minimum number not be achieved, the organizers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the trip. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund. If rescheduling is necessary, participants will be informed promptly, and they may choose either to attend the rescheduled trip or receive a full refund.

Please note that event and entrance ticket purchases might not be transferable. The transfer of tickets to another person is subject to approval and may be restricted due to the terms set by the event organizers. Unauthorized transfers are not permitted and may result in the forfeiture of the ticket without the possibility of a refund.

If you are unable to attend the trip and it is within 7 days of the scheduled date, we will attempt to resell your place. Should your spot be successfully resold, a refund will be issued. However, we cannot guarantee that your place will be resold. If no resale occurs, all payments you made for the trip will be forfeited.

In the event of cancellation within 7 days and if your place cannot be resold, all payments made will be non-refundable. There will also be no reimbursement for any additional costs incurred, including personal travel expenses or accommodations. The organizers will not be held responsible for any costs beyond the ticket price if the trip is canceled.

The organizers reserve the right to modify the itinerary, schedule, or other details of the trip due to operational needs or safety concerns. In the case of significant changes, participants will be notified in a timely manner. We are committed to ensuring the safety and enjoyment of the trip, but all participants agree to attend at their own risk.

The organizers are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the trip. It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure they are physically fit and prepared for the activities involved in the trip.

In the case of force majeure, such as extreme weather conditions or other unforeseen events beyond our control, the trip may be canceled or postponed. If rescheduling is not possible, full refunds will be provided to all participants. However, the organizers are not liable for any other costs or losses incurred due to the cancellation or postponement.

By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.

By booking a mini break or overnight stay, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit cannot be refunded under any circumstances, as the trip is based on a group booking, and any cancellation or change affects the entire group. Therefore, even if you cancel or are unable to attend, the deposit will not be returned.

All tickets, including those for accommodation, events, or activities, are non-transferable. This means that once purchased, you cannot transfer your booking to another individual or use your ticket for a different trip or date.

Any train or plane tickets booked as part of the package are also non-transferable. These tickets are specific to the individual traveler and the scheduled trip. Changes, exchanges, or transfers are not permitted by the travel provider, and if you are unable to use these tickets, they will be forfeited.

Because these trips rely on a group booking, the non-refundable deposit policy is strict to prevent disruptions to the group arrangements. Any cancellation or no-show impacts the overall booking, including shared costs and group activities, making it essential that the deposit is retained even in the case of individual cancellations.

You have the option to purchase cancellation insurance in advance. This insurance may cover unforeseen cancellations or emergencies. If a refund is issued through your cancellation insurance, it will be processed 45 days after the scheduled trip date. The refund is subject to the terms of the insurance provider and will only be paid out after this period.

By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Deposit Payment

A non-refundable deposit (the “Deposit”) is required at the time of booking/engagement in order to secure services, tickets, products, or reservations.

The Deposit amount is clearly stated on each service/product/ticket and must be paid at the time of confirmation.

Purpose of the Deposit

The Deposit is required to reserve the service/product, secure the booking date, or initiate work for the specified services.

The Deposit will be used, in part or in full, to purchase tickets related to the service or event. This may include, but is not limited to:

Event tickets
Travel tickets (airfare, train, bus)
Admission tickets to venues or attractions
Any other tickets required for fulfilling the service.

The Deposit also covers preparatory expenses incurred prior to providing the service, including but not limited to:

Administrative fees
Preparatory work
Materials and/or supplies procured
Holding the requested date

Non-Refundability

Once the Deposit is paid, it is non-refundable under any circumstances, except as otherwise stated in these Terms and Conditions.

By paying the Deposit, the client acknowledges and agrees that the amount will not be refunded, even if the client cancels or changes the booking/service.

If the Deposit is used to purchase tickets as outlined in Section 2.2, the client understands that such tickets may be non-refundable or non-transferable, and this also impacts the non-refundability of the Deposit.

Cancellation by Client

In the event the client cancels the booking or service for any reason, the Deposit will not be refunded or credited.

If the client fails to show up or is unable to proceed with the service/product/event on the agreed-upon date, the Deposit remains forfeited.

If tickets were purchased using the Deposit, the client acknowledges that these tickets may not be eligible for resale, transfer, or refund, further reinforcing the non-refundable nature of the Deposit.

Cancellation or Modification by the Service Provider

In the unlikely event that the service provider cancels or is unable to fulfill the service due to reasons beyond its control, the client will be entitled to a full refund of the Deposit, unless tickets have already been purchased. In such cases, the cost of the purchased tickets will be deducted from the refund amount.

If the service provider offers to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, the Deposit will be applied to the new date, provided the client agrees to the change.

Use of Deposit Towards Final Payment

The Deposit will be credited towards the total payment due for the services/products/tickets. The remaining balance will be due on [specify date, e.g., completion, delivery, event date].

If the client fails to make the remaining payment by the specified deadline, the Deposit will be forfeited, and the service provider reserves the right to cancel the booking.

Special Circumstances

Any exceptions to the non-refundable Deposit policy, such as for emergencies or force majeure events, will be made at the sole discretion of the service provider.

In the event of rescheduling due to a government order (such as pandemic restrictions), the Deposit may be applied to a future booking, subject to the service provider’s availability and ticket policies.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through amicable negotiations.

Agreement

By proceeding with the payment of the Deposit, the client agrees to all the terms and conditions stated herein, including the non-refundable nature of the Deposit when used to purchase tickets.
