Excitement is building, and I can’t wait to set sail.
Below, you’ll find a full summary of all current travel arrangements for this trip and also some information I have managed to find about theme nights on the Costa Deliziosa.
To help keep everyone connected, please join the dedicated WhatsApp group for our cruise.
Any updates or changes will be shared there first, and it’s a great place to swap information, tips, and photos with the whole group.
Everyone should now have these documents:
· Malaga to Venice boarding pass
· Costa Cruise boarding ticket & luggage labels
· Insurance documents (if purchased) (Print the first two pages)
Please also remember your passports obviously… and TIE cards if you are resident in Spain.

Please arrive at your chosen pickup point 5–10 minutes early.
This will help us load the bus quickly and get on our way without any delays.
I have added extra time at each pickup point to allow the loading of cases onto the bus.
I am expecting to arrive at Malaga Airport around 09:30hr / 09:45hr.

Once we arrive in Venice we will regroup at the luggage reclaim before we exit the airport and travel by private bus to Tronchetto in Venice.
VENICE WATER TAXIS
Upon arrival at Tronchetto we will divide into our relevant hotel groups and arrange to travel to our Hotels by water Taxi.
This will be the most cost effective method to get to our hotels.
It is estimated to be around 140€ for a group of ten people.
Our group is split across three hotels staying the night in Venice:

Can one person from each group please arrange the return transfer for your group with your water taxi for the following morning at 10:00hr.
Unfortunately I can not be on every water taxi…
Arrange to meet everyone in the hotel lobey and checkout by 09:30hr.

Saturday 4th October – Venice to Trieste.
Once you arrive back at Tronchetto please look for me and register your attendance.

Our luggage will automatically be transferred to our connecting plane.
