You can wander through narrow streets, admire centuries-old buildings, and see the city’s famous iron bridge, designed under the direction of Gustave Eiffel.

Today, the city’s standout attraction is the Mateus Palace, the ancestral seat of the last Count of Vila Real.

Join us in Castelo Rodrigo, one of Portugal’s 12 historic parishes, perched at around 670 meters above sea level.

Known as “the white town” because of its almond trees, this medieval village invites you to explore the ruins of its castle and palace, stroll along cobblestone streets, and admire the 16th-century facades and beautifully detailed Manueline windows.

Join us for a walking tour that takes you past Spain’s oldest university to the Plaza Mayor, where bullfights were once held.

The tour also includes visits to the 16th-century Gothic New Cathedral and the 12th-century Old Cathedral, with lunch included.

Lamego emerged during the Portuguese Baroque period and is home to the shrine of Saint Remedies.
The pilgrimage site, visitors can walk down the nearly 600 steps to the town itself.
Here, the Gothic cathedral and the local museum – featuring an impressive art collection – are especially worth seeing.
Lamego is also famous for its culinary specialties: smoked ham, Bola de Lamego (bread filled with smoked ham), smoked young goat, and the sparkling wine Raposeira.

Guimarães is one of Portugal’s most attractive cities, home to the 15th-century Palace of the Dukes of Braganza, the dynasty of the last Portuguese kings.

Guimarães was one of the European Capitals of Culture in 2012.

Originally the administrative center of the Roman Empire and later the capital of what is now Galicia, Braga is rich in history and full of discoveries.
During your tour, you’ll see the Diocese of Braga and its cathedral – the oldest in Portugal.
Built in the 12th century by the parents of Portugal’s first king, the cathedral has made Braga one of the country’s most important Catholic religious centers, and religious motifs are visible throughout the city.
