- Initial Deposit – A €50 deposit is required when booking and can be purchased through our website.
- Second Deposit – Once the trip is confirmed, 50% of the remaining balance will be due.
- Trip Confirmation – Your deposit will remain with us until we have enough members to confirm the trip. Deposits will only be passed to the tour operator once the trip is confirmed.
- Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable – Once the trip has been confirmed and your deposit has been passed to the tour operator, all deposits become non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Final Payment – The remaining balance must be paid in full by 20th October.
