This 5‑day / 4‑night adventure from Málaga invites you to experience Morocco’s most iconic contrasts, from the vibrant streets of Marrakech to the silence of the Sahara and the labyrinthine alleys of Fez.

We will cross the dramatic High Atlas Mountains, explore legendary sites such as the ksar of Ait Ben Haddou and the Dades and Todra gorges, and spend a magical night in a luxury desert camp with a camel ride and Berber party under the stars.

The journey ends in Fez, Morocco’s sacred artisan city, where a guided tour of its 9,000 plus alleyways reveals centuries of history, craftsmanship, and living tradition before your return flight home

ITINERARY

DAY 1

ARRIVAL AT MARRAKECH

Arrival at Marrakech Airport and private pick‑up, then transfer to a traditional riad located in the heart of the Medina, ideal for exploring on foot.

Guided tour of Marrakech to see main highlights such as the historic medina streets, iconic squares and key monuments (exact stops depend on guide/traffic), with free time later to enjoy cafés, souks or dinner at your own pace.

DAY 2

High Atlas, Ait Ben Haddou and Dades

Early pick‑up from the riad at about 7:30 am and drive across the High Atlas Mountains, following a scenic route with mountain passes and traditional Berber villages.

Visit the ksar of Ait Ben Haddou, a fortified village used as a setting for numerous films, then continue along the “Route of the 1,000 Kasbahs” towards the Dades Valley.

Evening arrival and overnight in Dades, with time to relax at the riad and enjoy the dramatic canyon landscape around the valley.

DAY 3

Todra Gorges and Desert Camp

Morning pick‑up from the Dades riad and drive to the Todra Gorges to walk among the towering rock walls and explore the surrounding oasis area.

Continue towards the Sahara desert, where you switch from the vehicle to dromedaries for a sunset ride into the dunes, arriving at a luxury camp for the night.

Dinner and Berber party at the camp, with music and traditional hospitality under the desert night sky.

DAY 4

Ziz Valley, Cedar Forest, Ifrane and Fez

4×4 transfer from the camp to the meeting point where the main transport awaits to continue towards Fez.

Stop in the Ziz Valley to view one of Morocco’s largest wild palm groves, then cross the Atlas Mountains to reach the cedar forest, where there is a chance to see Barbary macaques in their natural environment.

Short stop in Ifrane, known as “Little Switzerland” for its European‑style architecture and alpine feel, before continuing to your riad in Fez for the night.

DAY 5

Fez Medina and return home

After breakfast, a local guide collects you from the riad for a walking tour of the Fez medina, considered Morocco’s sacred and artisan city, with over 9,000 pedestrian alleyways filled with workshops, souks and historic sites.

Free time as allowed by your schedule, then transfer to Fez Airport coordinated with your flight time for the journey home.
